Respect others

Bullying, harassment, threats, discrimination, sexual content and retaliation are prohibited. Do not impersonate others or use reports to target coworkers.

Share responsibly

Do not share unlawful or graphic violent content, dangerous instructions, scams, spam or misleading evidence. Share only content you have the right to use, and get appropriate permission before sharing photos or private conversations involving others.

Protect personal, customer and confidential business information. Do not post passwords, sign-in codes, payment details, medical records or private employment records. These rules do not restrict lawful discussions of wages, hours or working conditions, reporting unlawful conduct or other protected employee activity.

Image screening

With your permission, new images are screened automatically for unsafe content before sharing. Passing images do not need leader approval. Flagged images are rejected. Screening may make mistakes or miss violations; report inappropriate content and contact support about incorrect rejections.

Report concerns and block users

Use Report on a post or message that may violate these rules. Reports include your identity and are reviewed by an authorized leader. Blocking hides supported content and suppresses notifications from that author; it does not make shared channels private or prevent that person from seeing your content.

How concerns are handled

Authorized reviewers should respond promptly, document decisions and protect users from retaliation. Content may be removed and access restricted for violations. Serious threats should be escalated through appropriate workplace or legal channels.

Teamline is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services if immediate help is needed.
